At Mahegohe, every crown and accessory is a handcrafted piece made of cold porcelain, with a floral composition modeled by hand with great detail and extreme precision, on a wire structure carefully wrapped by hand with silk thread as a signature finish. Each design is inspected before shipping to ensure it is in impeccable condition.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Return condition:
For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and without signs of handling or alteration, and in its original packaging, as this is part of the protection of the design during transport.
Given the extreme delicacy of the handcrafted modeling, any pressure or handling can irreversibly affect the original finish of the piece.
Signs of use or handling will be considered, among others:
- deformation of flowers, leaves, or decorative elements
- pressure marks or adjustments to the structure
- alteration of the positioning of the pieces
- fraying or alteration of the silk thread finish
- loss of the design's original shape
Product condition review:
All returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item shows signs of use or handling, the refund may be adjusted based on the depreciation of the product, as it may no longer be in a condition to be sold as new.
Return shipping costs:
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
